After a week away from blogging I'd love to say I felt refreshed and ready for the weekend, but instead I have spent most of the week moping around the house, making ginger & lemon tea, feeling ill and trying to get work done. Despite the week being a bust I did have a good birthday weekend, receiving some beautiful gifts and so many flowers, for which I am very grateful. Thank you all so much for the kind birthday wishes, too! As it's Friday I'm officially calling it quits, admitting defeat and planning on sleeping a lot to start a fresh on Monday. I hope you've all had better weeks than me and have great weekends too!
